Privacy policy

1. Who we are
This website is operated by Aura Binária Unipessoal LDA, Avenida do Atlântico, escritório 2.01, 1990-019 Lisboa, Portugal (“Aura Binária”, “we”). We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us at info@aurabinaria.pt.
2. What data we collect
- Forms (contact, quote, business listing): name, email, and — if you choose to give them — phone, company, city, type of business, budget and your message.
- Technical data: IP address and browser information, kept in server logs for security and to prevent abuse.
- Analytics cookies: only if you accept them in the cookie banner (see our cookie policy).
We do not ask for sensitive data and we do not sell personal data.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
- To reply to your message or request and to prepare a proposal — steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
- To list your business on one of our platforms when you ask us to — your request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
- To keep the website secure and prevent spam — our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- To measure website use with analytics cookies — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Who receives the data
We use carefully selected service providers that process data on our behalf: our hosting provider (EU), Brevo (email delivery, EU) and, if you accept analytics cookies, Google (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics). Where a provider transfers data outside the European Economic Area, it does so under the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. How long we keep it
Messages and requests are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a contract follows — in that case we keep what the law requires (for example, invoices for 10 years). Security logs are kept for up to 12 months.
6. Your rights
You may ask for access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Write to info@aurabinaria.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (www.cnpd.pt).
7. Security
The website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Access to the data is restricted to the people who need it to answer you.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
